First Baby! Delivered at Castle Rock Hospital, Castle Rock Birth Photographer
Kelsey contacted me looking for a Castle Rock Birth Photographer. One of the reasons she really wanted birth photography is because her husband works in Alaska for several weeks at a time, and he was out of town up until near her due date. She was very nervous that he wouldn't be home and wanted birth photos so that he could see the birth of their first child! Fortunately, Travis was able to return home when Kelsey had contractions for several days prior to her due date. When Kelsey went into active labor, her OB was sure the birth would be pretty fast. I got the call early in the morning in May and rushed to the hospital. When I arrived Kelsey was nearly fully dilated and laboring down. She was peaceful and beautiful the entire time. It wasn't long before it was time to push and pretty soon they were going to meet this little person. The gender was a surprise!
It's a Boy! They were both so excited. I love watching first time parents meet their baby for the first time. There is something amazing about a family growing by their first human, and I love capturing that excitement in their story.
