When I first moved to Chelsea, Michigan - after living in Denver for 15 years, Celeste was my first friend. She followed my birth photography page on social media and when I posted where I was going to live, she reached out. After moving here, we met for coffee at Zou-Zou’s in Chelsea, and have been friends ever since. It only took me about 2 seconds to realize that Celeste was an amazing human - and I’m so grateful to have her as a friend and co-worker. Every year, I am the birth photographer for several of Celeste’s clients and it feels like ‘home’ to step into a birth space with them in it.
