Fresh 48 Session At Home - Cesarean Birth - Michigan Birth Photographer

When I first met Tiana, I walked into the NICU to photograph her preemie son nursing for the first time. We’d been friend online before then, but it’s always wonderful to meet an ‘online friend’ in person.
Tiana was so sweet and gentle with both her tiny son and her strong willed toddler daughter.

Over the years, we’ve become friends. She’s a fellow photographer herself and even took our family photos :)

Fast forward to 2022, when she hired me to photograph the birth of her last baby and when he came home from the NICU. We spent some time together talking about her birth, his NICU stay, parenting and work, and of course, taking lots of photos the entire time. I love the art that we created <3
