Our bodies are so incredible. They stretch and grow as our babies grow inside of us. We are an actual vessel that brings forth new life. How incredible is that? It’s the most amazing thing, ever.
Human life, growing inside of us.
Pregnancy feels like forever when you are in it. It’s the longest time in your life! (at least for me, it was!) Those nine months couldn’t go fast enough. But now that I’m 5 years out from pregnancy with my last baby, it feels like forever ago. I’m so grateful that I have photos of those days with my swollen belly, with my babies inside.
It helps me to remember the movements, and the reaction when I’d talk to her or rub my belly. When her sister would cuddle with me and she’d kick at her, or maybe they were already playing together. Those photos bring back those feelings, and I’d love to have them back, just for one day. (but only ONE day, lol!)
